offices. An ideal way for your delegates to become
quickly confident with new technologies. Our courses and
workshops have a high practical content allowing
delegates to put their new learning into practice
straight away.

What will
your
delegates receive?
Each delegate will receive a folder containing all the course
slides and comprehensive theory notes which form excellent
reference material. Folders also contain suggested solutions for
all exercises. Following successful completion of the course
each delegate will receive a certificate.
What do
you
need to provide?
You should provide a suitable training
room
with a projector to connect to our trainer's laptop and a
whiteboard or flipchart. For Enterprise Architect courses all
delegates require access to a PC or laptop running Enterprise
Architect. A trial version of Enterprise Architect is fine for
training purposes and can be downloaded from Sparx Systems

Live Webinar Training
Sessions
|

An alternative approach where the
expense of an
on-site trainer is not viable. Works well for 1 to 1
training sessions or for delegates based outside Europe.
Trainers teach theory in 2 to 3 hour blocks and then
allocate exercises for delegates to complete afterwards.
Webinar training courses can be arranged in ½ day slots
to allow for time zone differences. |

What will

Your delegates will need access to a PC or
laptop with VoIP (or telephone) to take part in the webinar. Your company
can provide the webinar and telephone conferencing facilities
(or
we can organise these
at a small additional cost). For Enterprise Architect courses
all delegates require a PC or laptop running Enterprise
Architect. A trial version of Enterprise Architect is fine for
training purposes and can be downloaded from Sparx Systems

Mentoring and Consulting
|
 |
Our consultants can work at your
own offices alongside your own staff to help them to
make effective use of new technologies. We can assist by
facilitating workshops, modelling business processes,
capturing and documenting requirements, reviewing
component and software designs and establishing
standards and guidelines. We can also help you to set up
a corporate Enterprise Architect database, establish a
suitable project structure, obtain traceability between
models and create RTF templates to generate
documentation in your company's own format. In certain
circumstances our consultants can undertake well-defined
assignments off-site thus reducing the costs involved. |

What do
you
need to provide?
You should allocate a member of staff to
shadow our consultant to ensure that your company builds its own
internal skills. We may need access to your project models

your company's confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. |
